Looking at the clean water of the luxury pool in the patio of the Mexican house, we feel how refreshing it is to swim there. For sure the maintenance is the must, it is necessary in order to avoid the damages and save water and money.
In this beautiful house in the gated residential community El Cielo, just north of Playa del Carmen, one of my clients spoke this concern about the minimizing of the water level. It is the common issue and can have several reasons. The decision to solve this problem was to replace all grouts.
But to do this correctly, first, it was necessary to remove the old joint compound. This task took the most of the time, but thanks to the skilled team of employees we finished the job in 10 days. It was really satisfying to see the pool filling with fresh water and all the new shiny surfaces.
